Approach

Journalling is a really great way to sit down and spend time with yourself and your thoughts, it’s also a good approach to have regular reflections to identify areas in your day and life to make improvements on, or to focus more on.

The Daily Journal is split between the morning and evening. The first thing in the morning once you have woken up, clicking on the “Create a New Journal Page” button and fill in the below fields:

and then in the evening before heading to sleep, going to today’s journal entry and reflecting a little on the day with filling in the following fields:
